A revised edition of the dictionary for learners of English. Naja, eigentlich müsste man dazu wohl nichts sagen, denn das ist quasi das De-Facto-Standard Wörterbuch in der Schule *g*
Aber diese Stellung hat es sich redlich verdient, es gab bisher nur ein einziges Wort, welches ich nachschlagen wollte und welches in dem Buch nicht vorhanden war. Ist aber auch eher ein Spezialbegriff gewesen und ich hab eine etwas ältere Auflage *g

Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen :)

Ich kann es auch empfehlen, in der Schule dürfen wir nur dieses benutzen, aber ich könnte mir auch kein besseres vorstellen. Ich hab bis jetzt alles gefunden, was ich gesucht habe.

Habe die 2000er Edition und kann auch nur bestätigen, dass das Werk top ist. Sobald man das Dictionary hat, kann man sämtliche Englisch-Deutsch-Duden wegeschmeissen, man wird bestimmt nicht mehr reingucken :)

Gutes Buch, wenn man es auch wirklich nutzt. Wenn ich ein Wort net weiß will ich ein Buch in dem das Wort drin steht, und die einfache übersetzung. Also, 2house - Haus", und fertig, und nicht "house - A building where many people can life in, with a roof, often also a basement...bla" Naja.
Gut ist es trotzdem.

Is eben nicht so ein kleines Reise-Wörterbuch, aber die mag ich pers. mehr, vorallem sind sie net voll mit Wörten die man eh nie braucht, und net so schwer und "klotzig"...
